Rick Rosalina
President

Rick Rosalina has over 25 years of experience in event management. In 2009, Rick launched Expo Event Services to provide CAD design and technology services to the trade show industry. Now Rick is proud to say that Expo Event Services has grown into a full service event contractor, expanding on the vision that was started when Rick founded Curiosity Works in March of 2001 to help service the trade show and special events industry. Curiosity Works was strategically designed to be able to provide show owners and exhibitors with any and all levels of event support. He created a mobile working environment that is available to assist clients upon request. Leading up to the launch of Curiosity Works Rick Rosalina was the Operation Director for Advanstar Communication, overseeing the logistics management of 12 International Beauty Shows and 4 Art events. In addition Rick provided Advanstar with support in company budgets, acquisitions and business development within the Operation Division. Prior to being an Operation Director for the trade show industry, Rick has an extensive special events background. For 5 years he worked in Cleveland as the Operations Manager for the following events; Disney New Years in Cleveland, Cleveland Bicentennial Celebration, Sea Word on The Water, Save Our Browns Campaign, Cleveland River Fest and much more.
Lorenzo Marinuzzi

Lorenzo Marinuzzi brings 25 years of Industry experience to Expo Event Services. He has a wealth of experience in the sales and management realm of the industry. Clients have come to respect his ability to analyze, understand and meet their many demands and challenges. From turnkey display solutions, transportation, design and graphics; He is committed to providing options that increases revenue and decreases costs. Lorenzo is a member of the International Association of Exhibition and Events. Also, a member of the New York Society of Associations Executives. Lorenzo has developed a vast array of clients during the span of his career including Questex, IECSC, BE New York and The New York City Marathon to name a few.
Michael Bellantone

A dedicated professional with decades of experience in the trade show graphics industry, Michael has been a key part of Morris Brothers Sign Service since joining the company in 1989.
In 2002, Michael was promoted to Vice President, a role in which he has continued to contribute to the company’s growth and reputation. His extensive hands-on experience, combined with strong leadership skills, has made him an integral figure in overseeing operations and maintaining high standards of visual goods and services demanded by the industry.
Known for his strong work ethic and practical approach, Michael brings consistency and expertise to every aspect of his work. His career reflects a deep understanding of the industry, as well as a commitment to keeping our capabilities ahead of the technological curve.
Jerry Schreck
Director of Operations

Jerry Schreck serves as Director of Operations, specializing in the planning and execution of trade shows and corporate events. With a career spanning 40 years, he began in the industry in January 1986 and has built deep, hands-on expertise across every layer of event operations.
He started his career in freight operations, where he spent 12 years developing a strong foundation in logistics and show site execution. He then moved into production management at Freeman, where he worked for 10 years overseeing large-scale event production. Jerry went on to found Metropolitan Exposition Services, which he led for 16 years before the company was acquired by Freeman. He also spent two years working in the Labor Department at the Javits Center, further strengthening his operational and on-site expertise.
Across his career, Jerry has been focused on delivering reliable, efficient, and well-executed event operations from the ground up.
Francesco Pineta

Francesco serves as Operations Manager, overseeing the daily functions of the warehouse and ensuring all materials are accurately prepared and delivered to show sites. With a hands-on approach, he also plays a key role on-site as a Show Site Supervisor, helping ensure smooth execution from setup through completion.
Since joining the company five years ago after college, Francesco has steadily grown within the organization. He began with Rent a Tent and worked his way into leadership roles on major events such as NY Build and Fierce Pharma Week, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to operational excellence.
Francesco is known for his reliability, organization, and ability to keep projects moving efficiently under tight timelines. His experience across both warehouse operations and live event environments gives him a well-rounded perspective that supports seamless execution at every stage.
Crystal Young

Crystal Young has more than 20 years of experience in trade show, conference, special event and facility management experience with some of the nation’s leading B-2-B companies including, Advanstar Communications, Bonaire Group, Nielsen, Informa and Questex LLC to name a few. She has brought her key focus of strong relationships and industry partnerships to the forefront of Expo Event Services core objectives. Her experience and exceptional track record of operations and logistics management extends to both domestic and international brands. She is the Operations Lead for Expo Event Services parent company Curiosity Works Inc. overseeing a variety of properties across their portfolio.
Jennifer Bain

Jennifer Bain has over 8 years of marketing and operations experience in events and trade shows. She is skilled in overall event management and continually lends her talents from floor management to marketing in various industries; including beauty, fashion, hunting, fishing and more. Jen is a team player with strong interpersonal skills and is willing to jump in and help wherever it is needed.
Gregory Martin

Gregory serves as Director of Operations, bringing over 12 years of experience in the printing and tradeshow industries. With a strong foundation in design from Bridgewater State University, he combines creative expertise with operational strategy to drive efficient, high-quality production.
Gregory specializes in developing streamlined workflows that enhance productivity and consistency, while maintaining a sharp attention to detail. With great proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, he leverages his design background to bridge the gap between creative vision and execution.
He began his career as a Graphic Designer at Morris Brothers, where he built a deep understanding of the industry. He later expanded his leadership experience at Thorlabs, serving as a Graphic Production Supervisor for four years before returning to Morris Brothers in 2025 to step into his current leadership role.
Known for his collaborative approach, Gregory thrives in team environments where problem-solving and innovation are key. He values the ever-changing nature of the work, embracing each new project as an opportunity to tackle unique challenges.
Gregory approaches both his work and life with a strong belief that mindset is everything—especially when navigating challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Danielle Tullo has over 20 years of experience in the tradeshow industry. She has worked with Metro Exposition Services, GES and Shepard Exposition Services to name a few. She has worked within the transportation aspect of the industry for over 10 years and is currently the Vice President of Sales & Operations at TS Shipper. Her great customer service skills, attention to detail and strong customer relationships has helped maintain her career through out the years.
Janine Mutschler

Janine Mutschler is a team player with experience in management, sales and customer service. She has over 15 years’ experience in the tradeshow industry and has worked for GES Exposition Services, Metro Exposition Services, and Freeman. Positions held withing the industry have been Customer Service, Billing Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Sales Assistant, and Client Support Coordinator. She has excellent communication, project, client management skills and is a professional with strong attention to detail. Janine is very dependable and always strives for timeliness and accuracy in any project that is given.
